For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged and have not been opened. These can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. After 14 days, we won’t be able to process a refund. 

If you receive the wrong item, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. You can also choose to have the item refunded or have us send you a new one.
